Liberal Media – Hoisted On Their Own Standards

November 20, 2014

Love this… there’s a website that takes Doonesbury’s comics and “fixes” them. In other words, substitutes the truth in place of what Trudeau first attempted. See images below for Truesbury and the original it came from.

CNN’s Carol Costello apologizes for Palin remarks –

October 23, 2014

Scarborough said everyone is guilty for presuming the Palins are to be used as a “punch line.”“There is the very real possibility that something terrible happened to them,” Scarborough said. “… I think we all shot first and asked questions later and a lot of people are guilty of that.”

In a blog post on Wednesday, Bristol Palin said the “hypocrisy of the media is laid bare” by their treatment of that night.

“Imagine for a second the outrage that would happen if Chelsea Clinton had gotten pushed by some guy.  Had she tried to defend herself, the liberal media would’ve held her up as some feminist hero,” Palin wrote.

Hey Liberal Democrats – FUCK YOU!

September 12, 2014

When George W. Bush considered invading Iraq without a declaration of war, the Democrats wanted to try him for war crimes in The Hague. When Obama does the same thing … crickets.

Mark Morford – Put Down Your Pen and Walk Away

August 5, 2014

Written in 2008 by SFGate columnist Mark Morford. A true “Lightworker” wouldn’t need to stretch constitutional rules to get around a single branch of government having a majority of Republicans.

Dismiss it all you like, but I’ve heard from far too many enormously smart, wise, spiritually attuned people who’ve been intuitively blown away by Obama’s presence – not speeches, not policies, but sheer presence – to say it’s just a clever marketing ploy, a slick gambit carefully orchestrated by hotshot campaign organizers who, once Obama gets into office, will suddenly turn from perky optimists to vile soul-sucking lobbyist whores, with Obama as their suddenly evil, cackling overlord.

Here’s where it gets gooey. Many spiritually advanced people I know not coweringly religious, mind you, but deeply spiritual identify Obama as a Lightworker, that rare kind of attuned being who has the ability to lead us not merely to new foreign policies or health care plans or whatnot, but who can actually help usher in a new way of being on the planet, of relating and connecting and engaging with this bizarre earthly experiment. These kinds of people actually help us evolve. They are philosophers and peacemakers of a very high order, and they speak not just to reason or emotion, but to the soul.

The unusual thing is, true Lightworkers almost never appear on such a brutal, spiritually demeaning stage as national politics. This is why Obama is so rare. And this why he is so often compared to Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr., to those leaders in our culture whose stirring vibrations still resonate throughout our short history.

Obama isn’t worthy of holding Kennedy’s jock strap. And he had a chance to build on the works of MLK, but instead chose to demean his opponents and divide the country between the have’s and have-nots. That’s not a leader who speaks to the soul – it’s a manipulator who lies to the simple minded.

Redundancies: Washington Post and/or Crap

March 22, 2014

This is why I hate the press:

Let me offer an alternative explanation of why the Washington Post published their Keystone/Koch smear:

1) The Washington Post in general, and Mufson and Eilperin in particular, are agents of the Left, the environmental movement and the Democratic Party.

2) The Keystone Pipeline is a problem for the Democratic Party because 60% of voters want the pipeline built, while the party’s left-wing base insists that it not be approved.

3) The Keystone Pipeline is popular because it would broadly benefit the American people by creating large numbers of jobs, making gasoline more plentiful and bringing down the cost of energy.

4) Therefore, the Democratic Party tries to distract from the real issues surrounding the pipeline by claiming, falsely, that its proponents are merely tools of the billionaire Koch brothers–who, in fact, have nothing to do with Keystone one way or the other.

5) The Post published its article to assist the Democratic Party with its anti-Keystone talking points.
