As Secretary of State she decided to run all email correspondence of that office from her own server. All records in that capacity are public, whether they are on a private server or using the .gov address. They do not belong to her but to the public. With full knowledge of that she then deletes everything – 2 years after leaving office and after an investigation is begun.
“Not only was the secretary the sole arbiter of what was a public record, she also summarily decided to delete all emails from her server, ensuring no one could check behind her analysis in the public interest,” Mr. Gowdy said.
Mrs. Clinton’s “unprecedented email arrangement with herself and her decision nearly two years after she left office to permanently delete all emails” had deprived Americans of a full record of her time in office, he added.
How anyone can pretend to trust Hillary Clinton’s judgement in the capacity as president of this country is beyond belief. This is utterly stupefying – she is not worthy to run the smallest corporation let alone the United States of America.

So how does a Salon article having nothing whatsoever to do with money make it to the top of Google Finance Top Stories? What the hell does this hit piece on a Republican presidential candidate have to do with market stories?

This mostly talks about false accusations of assault and copyright take-down notices… but I was wondering why women who level false charges of rape are not given the same punishment as a rapist. After all, if the crime is so awful shouldn’t the false accusation be just as awful?
Why aren’t the seven witnesses to Dendinger’s nonexistent assault on Cassard already facing felony charges? Why are all but one of the cops who filed false reports still wearing badges and collecting paychecks? Why aren’t the attorneys who filed false reports facing disbarment? Dendinger’s prosecutors both filed false reports, then prosecuted Dendinger based on the reports they knew were false. They should be looking for new careers — after they get out of jail.
