(Gen 5:22 ) Enoch lived in close fellowship with God

(Gen 6:9) Noah was a righteous man, the only blameless person living on earth at the time, and he walked in close fellowship with God.

(Terry 1:1) I want that…

Proverbs 3

September 17, 2009

(3:1) My child, never forget the things I have taught you. Store my commands in your heart.

Memorize the commands of the Lord. What are those commands?

(15:12-13) This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you. There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

Q. What does it mean to love each other?

Q. What does Jesus mean when he says “…in the same way I have loved you”?

(22:36) “Teacher, which is the most important commandment in the law of Moses?”
(22:37) Jesus replied, ” ‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ (22:38) This is the first and greatest commandment.
(22:39) A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
(22:40) The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”

(1 Cor 13:4-7)
– Love is patient and kind.
– Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude.
– It does not demand its own way.
– It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. – It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.
– Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

Liars: Dems Healthcare Loophole | FOXNews

Rep. Wilson Outburst Leads Senate Dems to Close Loophole in Health Reform Bill – Political News –

Let’s see – health care reform has a massive loophole allowing illegal immigrants access to coverage. The R’s try to close the loophole:

House Republican Minority Leader John Boehner amplified the complaint that without proof of citizenship, illegal immigrants could be insured.

“There were two opportunities for House Democrats to make clear that illegal immigrants wouldn’t be covered by putting in requirements to show citizenships,” he said. “Both of those amendments were, in fact, rejected.”

During Obama’s address to congress he emphasizes no illegals will have access to the plan. At that point Rep. Joe Wilson (R, S.C.) shouts out “You lie!”… and everyone scolds Wilson for breaking decorum.

Meanwhile, after the public eye is drawn to the matter Dems quietly close the loophole.

In the Senate, Democrats in the so called “Gang of Six,” a group of bipartisan senators on the Senate Finance Committee which is the last panel yet to release its bill, began moving quickly to close the loophole that Wilson helped bring greater attention to.

If you’re keeping score:

– President Obama = poor guy rudely interrupted during his speech.

– Rep. Joe Wilson = bad guy for acting so rudely to the POTUS.

– Congressional Democrats = bastards for trying to spend taxpayer dollars on coverage for illegals while lying to the American people about it.
